Any parts required can be machined in house to ensure quality. Obsolete components, patterns made and cast in most materials.
We often provide help in retro-engineering componenets & parts for customers where the original supplier has gone out of business or ceased manufacturing the part.
In these circumstances we can retro-engineer the required parts often showing a substantial saving on the original!
We can also help with re-designing equipment to provide different more robust componenets such as plastic or laminates.
As a matter of course we will always assess your equipment to identify whether material changes could offer increased efficiency, longer operational life or power reduction.
Changing internal coatings can provide power savings in excess of 10%
Whilst we would prefer to maintain and service your needs in our well equipped workshop we are happy to work on site where required.
All our personnel are covered by the National Safety Group Safety Passport Scheme issued by ECITB.
Our engineers are all qualified to undertake site installation and service work and will generally be supervised by Alan Dobson our Managing Director
All types of Mills, Blowers & Blenders can be refurbished by the engineering staff at RMS.
The usual Company Policy of assessing for viability is the initial process then the unit would be refurbished to manufacturers tolerances and clients requirements.
Advise is always provide on suitability of replacement materials to provide increased efficiency or longer life when such materials are available.
